- Monitoring the daily commercial activity of the hotels,

- Reception and communication :

o Organisation of travel for head office staff;

o Mail management ;

o Management of supply orders ;

- Administration:

o Writing letters, notes and reports.

o Assistance to head office support services as required (accounting, legal, works);

- Maintenance :

o Current maintenance management (lighting, etc.) ;

o Relationship with service providers, monitoring of interventions ;

o Quotation and ordering of defective or broken equipment;

o Underwriting of new contracts for the group (headquarters, hotels, SCI, shops);

o Bill management (water, electricity, gas, telephone, etc.).

- Digital communication :

In conjunction with our Marketing & Communication Manager:

o Management and animation of social networks

o Editing and creation of newsletters

o Support to the communication department for specific needs

What about you?

You have a degree in administration or management and have already had similar experience in a service company.

You have a good command of office automation tools and have real oral and writing skills. You are at ease with digital tools.

You are dynamic, autonomous and enjoy working in a team.
