With a background in property, Céline Meslin founded Vicartem with her husband Sébastien. Together, the couple went on to operate up to 70 boutiques in the west of France. In 2004, they acquired the Hôtel de Nemours, their first boutique hotel just outside the historic centre of Rennes. Céline has handled the decoration of a dozen or so hotels and managed their openings with the operational teams. This means she boasts unparalleled expertise, as well as contributing that extra-special something to the various projects she has carried out.

A graduate of EDHEC Business School and with a master’s degree in finance, Romain has a solid skillset ranging from finance to hotel asset management and development, all of which he has acquired in organisations such as Accor, Crédit Agricole, Christie & Co and JLL.

A graduate of EDHEC Business School, Aymeric began his career at JLL as a consultant in the Hotels department, before joining the ATREAM team as an Asset Manager in charge of monitoring hotel VEFAs. He will join Vicartem in early 2022.

A graduate of Grenoble École de Management and holder of a Master's degree in Finance, I began my career at Eight Advisory as an Analyst in the Valuation and Modeling department. After two years of experience in this firm, I joined Younight Hospitality in September 2024 as an Investment Analyst.

He then registered as a D.P.L.G Architect in 2015 and created the company XBA, specialising in commercial and tertiary architecture. In 2021, he joined VICARTEM HÔTELLERIE to lead the architectural design of hotel projects.

After a bachelor's degree in interior architecture at the Ecole de Design Nantes Atlantique, I went on to do a master's degree in global design as a work-study student at Younight Hospitality, which enabled me to broaden my vision of the profession, while working directly on projects in the hotel industry.

After a first job as an online distribution manager at the Brit Hotel group's head office, I joined Younight's revenue management team to combine the technical and strategic aspects of hotel marketing.
