With a background in property, Céline Meslin founded Vicartem with her husband Sébastien. Together, the couple went on to operate up to 70 boutiques in the west of France. In 2004, they acquired the Hôtel de Nemours, their first boutique hotel just outside the historic centre of Rennes. What excites me as an interior designer is the opportunity to create spaces that leave a lasting impression and enrich the customer's experience. I love designing places that combine aesthetics and functionality, where every detail contributes to a unique atmosphere.

What gives me the biggest thrill?
As HR Manager, I enjoy the diversity of the tasks and the specific issues encountered in the different hotels. I'm also particularly interested in helping hotel teams to tackle new issues thanks to our experience and expertise, while optimizing HR processes to simplify their day-to-day work.

Listening to the needs of all employees. My mission: to work closely with hotel managers to provide them with an HR perspective while meeting team expectations. I'm convinced that committed, well-supported teams are essential to a company's success.
