With a background in property, Céline Meslin founded Vicartem with her husband Sébastien. Together, the couple went on to operate up to 70 boutiques in the west of France. In 2004, they acquired the Hôtel de Nemours, their first boutique hotel just outside the historic centre of Rennes. Céline has handled the decoration of a dozen or so hotels and managed their openings with the operational teams. This means she boasts unparalleled expertise, as well as contributing that extra-special something to the various projects she has carried out.

A graduate of EDHEC Business School and with a master’s degree in finance, Romain has a solid skillset ranging from finance to hotel asset management and development, all of which he has acquired in organisations such as Accor, Crédit Agricole, Christie & Co and JLL.

During his studies in Grenoble, Alexis acquired experience through internships in auditing and real estate. He did his final internship at Amundi Immobilier where he discovered the hotel industry. He then joined the Accor group in the investment team in Paris, then the development team in London for two years. In 2018, he joined Christie&Co in Paris in the transaction team where he worked on various projects. Alexis Morcaut joins Younight Hospitality in September 2022 as Head of Development & Investor Partnerships.

Nicolas holds an MBA in Hospitality Management and joined MKG Consulting as a Consultant, then the Parisian hotel group MADEHO as Marketing and Communication Manager. He joined Younight Hospitality in August 2021 as Marketing, Communication and Sales Manager.

Gabrielle holds a Master's degree in Hotel Management from ESTHUA and joined Starwood Hotels in Brussels after completing her internship in Revenue Management in the same group. She then returned to operations as a hotelier and then Assistant Manager at Okko Hotels.

With a master's degree in human resources from IMABS, Lisa began her career in the food industry before joining the social housing landlord SAGIM, and then Haras du Pin as head of development. Lisa arrived at Younight in December 2019.

After a general degree in management, Morgane began her career in the social department of Geirec. She then specialised in Human Resources and completed a master's degree at the IGR-IAE Rennes. She joined VICARTEM during her M1 internship, then in M2 before being recruited on a permanent contract in November 2021.

This is where her attraction for the hotel industry was born. She joined Younight Hospitality at the beginning of 2023 as Marketing and Communication Manager.
