My background
With a background in property, Céline Meslin founded Vicartem with her husband Sébastien. Together, the couple went on to operate up to 70 boutiques in the west of France. In 2004, they acquired the Hôtel de Nemours, their first boutique hotel just outside the historic centre of Rennes. Céline has handled the decoration of a dozen or so hotels and managed their openings with the operational teams. This means she boasts unparalleled expertise, as well as contributing that extra-special something to the various projects she has carried out.

To raise the profile of our group and our hotels. My mission: to highlight the quality of the work of all the teams. I also like to observe the evolution of our customers' aspirations and desires and analyse the evolution of trends. He will join VICARTEM HÔTELLERIE in August 2021 as Marketing, Communication and Sales Manager.

What I like about my job is the combination of purely technical and analytical functions with the diversity of human interaction with a common goal of revenue optimisation. At the end of 2021, she returned to her first job by joining Vicartem.

What motivates me? It is to be able to maintain the technical equipment of the establishments put in service following the renovation projects in order to bring to our customers a whole satisfaction and the maximum of comfort and safety during their stay.

To develop a digital strategy that is consistent with the unique identity of each establishment, in order to highlight our hotels and all the work done by the teams upstream. I like to be able to give free rein to my creativity to find the right words so that the Internet user can project himself into our establishment and see it as a destination in its own right.
