Suzane Hotel & Café

The hotel is located in a fast-growing, mixed-use district featuring residential buildings, hotels, retail outlets and offices. The Cours-Saint-Laud development project is already underway, providing easy access to the train station and significantly revitalizing the urban area with the development of 70,000 m² of office space, 20,000 m² of housing and 4,500 m² of retail space.

The Hôtel Suzane underwent a repositioning and renovation program, as well as a new revenue management strategy to optimize its performance and move upmarket. Younight Hospitality's renovation and intervention enabled this former two-star hotel to move upmarket.
