The takeover of this beautiful sleepy hotel is first and foremost an opportunity for Aurélie Barret and Marc Gouin, owners and operators of the asset alongside Vicartem, to modernise the place with the support of a warm decoration, more focused on the promotion of the local heritage, and a home-made breakfast offer.

A new stage in the life of the asset begins today with Younight Hospitality and Aurélie and Marc. Working hand in hand, the partners are now working on a new revenue management strategy and will then work on repositioning its identity.
