The hotel is located in a rapidly developing mixed-use district, consisting of residential buildings, hotels, numerous shops and offices. Over the next few months, the Hotel Univers will undergo a repositioning and renovation program as well as a new revenue management strategy to optimize its performance and move upmarket. After the intervention of Younight Hospitality, the asset will adopt a "superior economic" positioning.
