Hôtel Amiral changes course thanks to VICARTEM and EXTENDAM. The two partners complete their 4ᵉ joint operation with the acquisition of this establishment located in the hypercentre of Nantes, in the immediate vicinity of Place Graslin, Place Royale, Passage Pommeraye and the main shopping streets of the Venice of the West.

The Hôtel Billie will come back to life in 2024, creating a unique ambience reminiscent of a crazy era. In the beating heart of Nantes, the establishment will welcome business and leisure guests, as well as local residents, to the home of an exceptional host.
Secret and flamboyant, the 1150 m² establishment will be a timeless destination. On arrival, visitors feel awaited. From the reception to the lounges, they plunge into a world where comfort is a feast and a celebration. Chandeliers from the 1920s, enveloping materials, reflections of gold and silver, sparkling mirrors.... With their tapestries, rugs and cushions, the rooms offer a comfortable and refined atmosphere.
Operated by Younight Hospitality, the asset will be aligned with its management methods, values and social and environmental requirements.

The city's economic appeal is set to grow even stronger over the next few years, with work underway on the TGV station to accommodate 25 million passengers by 2030. The city is also home to France's 9th largest airport, and its economic dynamism is underpinned by a rising average annual per capita income and a growing population.
